Dosage:
Adult (18yrs and above): Three (3) Tablespoonful (45ml) three times (3x) daily after meals
Children (12-17 yrs): Two (2) Tablespoonful (30mls) three times (3x) daily after meals

Caution: Not recommended for pregnant women, lactating mothers, and children below 12 years. Keep out of reach of children.
